Incorrect Shipping Information

If incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided, delays or delivery issues may occur. Matabeauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label

This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
