Refund & Return Policy

At Matabeauty, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition

  • include original packaging and tags

  • include proof of purchase or receipt

Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • clear photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging

  • your order number

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used beauty or personal care products.

The following items are also non-returnable:

  • gift cards

  • sale items

  • personalized or custom products

  • hazardous materials or flammable products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your approved item and placing a new order separately.


European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
